Over 100 million Americans suffer from chronic disease-hypertension, chronic fatigue, migraine headaches, asthma, allergies, arthritis, anxiety, etc. Unfortunately, modern medicine has not been able to provide complete relief. In this thoughtfully written book, Dr. Reddy provides a new paradigm for the origin, progression, and treatment of chronic disease.

Drawing on the wisdom of Maharishi Vedic Medicine, she describes how disease begins when the body becomes disconnected from its own inner intelligence, and progresses with unhealthy patterns of eating, thinking, and living. The natural therapies described here work where modern medicine has failed because they eliminate disease at its source rather than simply managing symptoms.

Included are case histories from Dr. Reddy patients and scientific studies that verify this approach.
