Founded in 1928, the Rudolf Steiner Library is the national lending and mail-order library of the Anthroposophical Society in America. Society members automatically receive a library membership at no additional charge. Non-society members can join the library: membership contribution is $60/year.
The library has about 27,000 volumes. The collection offers extensive material regarding the work of Rudolf Steiner, as well as books covering the full spectrum of Western spirituality. In addition, the collection includes all available works of Steiner in both English and German, as well as hundreds of unpublished manuscripts. The library also continues to update its extensive collection of anthroposophical works in both English and German.
