Rolf Heine

Rolf Heine, RN, was born in 1960 and trained in nursing at the Freie Krankenpflegeschule an der Filderklinik, Filderstadt, Germany. He began his nursing career by practicing in an elder care home. Heine gained professional experience in internal and surgery wards with the emphasis on anthroposophic nursing for serious and terminal illnesses. He is founder and director of the Academy of Anthroposophic Nursing at the Filderklinik and president of the International Council of Anthroposophic Nursing Associations (ICANA). He is the author of several books on Anthroposophic Nursing and organizational management.
