Sandra Klaassen

Sandra Klaassen was born in 1959 in the Netherlands and lived for many years on the island of North Uist in the Outer Hebrides, from where she drew her inspiration for picture books Peg the Little Sheepdog and Uan the Little Lamb. She has illustrated more than thirty children’s books, including Margaret Forrester’s picture books My Cat Mac and Mac’s Christmas Star.
