Empowerment in Organizations is a practical guide for all who are ready to assume greater responsibility for themselves, the organizations in which they work, and their colleagues.
Readers are given a bird’s-eye view of how companies and institutions move through their developmental phases, gaining a deeper appreciation and understanding of the context in which we work.
With a mandate system, leaders are called on to become facilitators by empowering those around them with autonomy and clearly formulated tasks for an effective, decentralized administrative structure.
Empowerment in Organizations is for anyone who wants to become a more effective leader and organizer.
