Ordering and Returns
To order books online, follow these simple steps:
- Add books to your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the Add to Cart button.
- Continue shopping and adding titles to your cart for as long as you like. We will keep track of your selections, and you will be able to change quantities or delete titles at any time.
- When you're ready to check out, select "Check Out" from the shopping cart contents screen, or click on the "Cart" link on the menu above.
- If this is the first time ordering on our new bookstore site, you must register first. Click “Sign In” at the top of the screen and select “Registration.” Enter your email and choose a password. Click “Sign Up” to complete
- This site requires your browser to have cookies enabled in order to add items to your cart. The only information we place in the cookie is your login ID (without your password). Your personal information is NEVER stored within these cookies.
USPS or UPS Ground — $5.00 for the first book, $1.00 each additional
Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipping to New York State.
Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 pm (Eastern Time) with Customer Service:
SteinerBook estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of in stock items. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Our Virginia warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday only. Our warehouse is closed on certain holidays and during annual inventory.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will exchange it or refund your purchase price. To return items from your SteinerBooks order, please call 703-661-1594 to arrange the return. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Returns apply only to items purchased directly from SteinerBooks. It does not apply to books bought at another bookseller, online retailer, or retail store. Shipping costs are refunded only in the case of our error in shipping, or if the item received is in damaged or defective condition.
