Why is it that Waldorf dolls have so few facial features? What is it about a doll that captures the imagination of a child, as wellas adults, everywhere in the world? Making Soft Dolls answers these questions and highlights the power of dolls for therapeutic applications—recognizing that soft dolls aren’t just for children.
From the simplest rag-doll to curly-haired characters, this book gives straightforward instructions, a guide to buying doll materials, and repurposing materials you already have on hand.
A lovingly handmade doll makes the perfect gift, and these dolls are easy to make. A personalized, bespoke doll will be much loved for generations.
