Maud Monges

Maud Monges became a student of Anthroposophy in 1915, when she and her husband Henry met Rudolf Steiner. She and Henry were so impressed with Steiner and his teachings, that they immediately made it their mission to bring Anthroposophy to the North America. They both began translating Steiner's books and lectures, and they devoted themselves wholeheartedly to forming and promoting the Anthroposophical Society in America. Maud died in 1952.
